Facebook ads management for small businesses
We run your Facebook and Instagram ads to find customers, not cheap form fills, and we tell Meta which leads became customers so it can find more like them. Facebook ads management (also called Meta ads management) is planning, creating, running and improving ads on Facebook and Instagram.
What the free Meta ads audit checksHow we test and retire creative
Each month starts with a brief: three or four distinct angles, such as the offer, the problem, proof and the founder’s voice, each changing one thing at a time so the results mean something.
Winners keep running until frequency climbs and click-through starts to slide, which is when the audience has seen the ad enough. Then the next round replaces it. You see every concept before it runs.
What’s in Meta ads management
Measurement and lead feedback come first, so Meta learns from your real customers. Creative then runs in monthly rounds.
- Measurement
- Meta Pixel plus the Conversions API, deduplicated and verified in Events Manager.
- Lead stages sent back to Meta
- Qualified, booked and won leads fed back from your CRM or a shared sheet, so Meta optimizes toward customers.
- Ad sets your budget can support
- Ad sets consolidated so each one can exit the learning phase, which needs about 50 optimization events per ad set within a week.
- Creative
- A monthly brief and a monthly batch of new concepts, with fatigue tracked through frequency and click-through decay.
- Forms or pages
- Instant forms set to higher intent with a qualifying question, or a message-matched landing page, chosen per offer.
- Audiences
- Advantage+ audience with sensible exclusions: existing customers, recent leads and staff.
- Speed to lead
- Instant lead alerts to your phone or CRM, because a quick reply qualifies far more leads.
- Reporting
- A weekly five-line update and a monthly recorded review of leads, cost per lead and lead quality.

Can’t I just boost posts?
Boosting a post optimizes for engagement, which is likes and comments, not inquiries. Advantage+ is useful, but on autopilot it optimizes toward whatever event you give it. Feed it every form fill and it gets very good at finding people who fill in forms.
Managed properly, Meta learns from your qualified leads and booked jobs instead. That’s the difference between a low cost per lead and a low cost per customer.
Where Meta ads fit in
Meta finds the people. Whether they become customers is decided on the form, the page and the first reply.
Conversion rate optimization
Lead quality is decided on the form and in the first reply.

How we run Google Ads
Flat-fee Meta ads management
Meta ads management is a flat monthly fee, set by the work involved and never by a percentage of your ad spend. It runs month to month, and you get your number in writing after the free audit.
How our pricing worksWho it’s for, and who it isn’t
If you’re not a fit, the free audit will say so, and tell you what to fix first.
Usually a good fit
- Your customers can be reached by who they are, not only by what they search.
- Your offer works in a feed: a product people want to see, or a service that’s visual, local or timely.
- You’re getting cheap leads that never answer the phone.
Usually not a fit
- You need very narrow B2B targeting, like specific job titles or companies.
- You can’t review or supply creative every month.
- You won’t fix tracking or follow-up.
What we won’t do in Meta ads
These apply to every account and project we take on, whatever the budget. They sit alongside the standards we hold across the studio.
Read our standards- Treat boosted posts as a strategy.
- Optimize for the cheapest lead without checking whether leads answer the phone.
- Run more ad sets than your budget can take out of learning.
- Set up a new ad account or Pixel that you don’t own.
Questions about Meta ads
Ask us anything else at [email protected]. A founder replies within one business day.
Who makes the creative?
We write the briefs and design static and simple motion creative. If you have product footage or can film short clips on a phone, we’ll turn them into ads.
Will you work in my existing ad account and Pixel?
Yes. Your account and Pixel stay in your name, and we’re added through partner access.
Can Meta ads work for a service business?
Yes, when the offer is concrete and someone replies to leads fast. Visual, local offers such as home services, clinics, gyms and shops fit a feed well. Narrow B2B services are easier to reach on Google, where buyers search for them.
How long until we know whether it’s working?
Creative signals show within two to three weeks. Lead quality needs a month of feedback from your sales calls before it’s fair to judge.
What do you need from me each month?
Which leads were real, any photos or clips you can share, and approval on new creative before it runs.
